Staff were oh so nice and helpful. This small hotel is on a private road and the decor is like being in a museum...very lovely. the steps were a bit challenging but there are 1st floor rooms.

Overall a good stay, staff was friendly. First night was on the first floor and had a bad experience, had cockroches and lizards in our room. I complained to office and they moved us to the 2nd floor. After that had no problems and a great clean room. Would recommended HOWEVER, NO AC! So if thats a problem don't stay here. Its a must to have a car. Very limited and expensive busses or shuttles. Hotel in not near San Jose or major hubs. But the views and pool are beautiful. Would rate 3.5 out of 5 stars overall.

Customer service at this hotel is surpassed by none. From the first person you meet all the way up and including the owner who has been on site a lot. All fantastic people to deal with! I will definitely be returning.
