Perfect place , nice staff, clean and well maintained rooms ,beautiful swimming pool and landscaping, breakfast was great, property owner guide us to the best places and restaurants , our experience with this property was amazing , highly recommended.

A beautiful setting. The grounds are amazing! The room was beautiful, too. Parquet floor, antique wardrobe. Beware, though, there is no AC. By late morning, the room was getting rather hot.

Great views! Only 12 rooms, great service! And excellent breakfast! Nice pool and sauna too!

This property is so tranquilo. It's such a nice place to relax. The staff is full of great people that are very helpful and kind. This is not your modern day hotel, there are some amenities that aren't available, but it felt like home for the time that we stayed there. The views were breathtaking and the hotel has a nice breeze flowing through at all times. It's a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

I felt like Ernest Hemingway staying here, Cool pool, breakfast on the verandah's, overstuffed leather chairs around the conversation pit. This place is arty, and a welcome deviation from the corporate ugliness of US owned chain hotels. Stay here, support the locals in CR, there are stories to be told and written in this place.

This property was unexpectedly amazing! It is a quaint, safe, little microcosm in a busier less quaint town outside San Jose. It has amazing staff, fabulous service and such a wonderful facility! Beautifully decorated and really impressive place. Can’t recommend enough if you are needing to stay in this area!
