Good view of the ocean. Decent breakfast.

Nasty and unclean rooms. No warm water in the shower. Poor service and poor food. They had no snacks to buy. Far away from the city and restaurants. Large part of hotel occupied by a group of annoying French charter trip people with a very noisy leader.

The hotel seems to be in the process of ownership change. It has potential, but seems to require some investment. It was ok for a short stay (2 nights), with a pretty beach view from the hotel's balcony. I noticed an issue with hot water - it just doesn't seem to be hot enough during the evenings, when everyone takes shower. I didn't particularly enjoy breakfast as there was nothing a bit more "local" to eat. Hotel's beach was fine to enjoy the sunset, but not really for a swim. It's nothing close to Tulum's white sand beaches. Overall, it's my personal preference - won't book any resort-type stay ever again (even for 2 nights).

1 seul restaurant. Et pas de choix sauf le forfait buffet à volonté boisson comprise hors de prix… Heureusement nous avions une voiture pour aller dîner à l’extérieur !
