Le personnel est super adorable, attentif et à l’écoute !

Manque d’animations, algues omniprésentes en bord de mer et dans la mer, c’est dommage.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit schönen Liegen.

Das Personal war etwas abgehoben als wir ankamen, haben auch nicht gefragt ob sie beim Gepäck helfen sollen. Sie haben auch gleich über 100€ Taxes zusätzlich verrechnet für 3 Nächte. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön und das Restaurant aber die Zimmer sind extrem minimalistisch und in echt sehr umgemütlich. Die Zimmer wirken so, als hätte sie aus einem alten Zimmer einfach ein paar Handgriffe gemacht damit es bisschen moderner wird, auf den 2. Blick sieht man, dass die Betten z.b. alt sind, das Bad war sehr klein und auch alt.

- Staff unfriendly - Told us there would be three restaurants, at the end there was no restaurant for us in the evening and Uber Eats doesn't deliver, as the location is very remote - Door to the terrace cannot be locked, we had to take all valuables with us at all times - No hot shower, only cold / warm tap water - Overall facility is kept very simple - that's OK - some refurbishment would be worth to be done

Lettini in spiaggia da sostituire con lettini poi moderni e confortevoli, avere più attenzione per chi ha problemi di intolleranze al glutine e al lattosio. Sostituire le poltrone in legno fuori dalle camere che sono scomodissime e i tronchi che non riparano dalla pioggia nella terrazza fronte camera, mettere più posaceneri, e mettere delle pattumiere o dei cestini anche in spiaggia. La camera si é allagata per la pioggia, e l’acqua passava in diversi punti del soffitto….

ATTENTION: we have been victim of a theft at VR Club in Tulum at the first day of our stay !!! We are French family we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights on 19-24 December 2025 via Booking.com. We immediately put our valuable items into the safe upon arrival in our room (cash 5000€ that we declared at the immigration + a Cartier watch from our wedding anniversary gift value of about 12000€). Next day at 4 pm we went out in Tulum town, left money and watch in the safe, came back at 7pm, went straight to join our friends for dinner at the hotel and back to sleep. When we opened the safe early the next following day the money and the watch were missing ! We immediately informed the hotel. The security man and the manager came for security inspection, the safe was not damaged and don’t present any breaking signs. There is only 1 person who have the key for all the safes in the hotel! As advised by the hotel, we went to the police station to report the theft. We also informed Booking.com about the case. Theft must have an easy access to the safe and have an accomplice….according to hotel’s camera showed one hotel staff came to our room and that person never came back to work. The hotel sent staff to check this missing person directly at his house and that person just disappeared. VR Club promised us to do their best for the refund and clearly recognised this is their responsibility. But until now we are still waiting for fair compensation from VR Club Tulum. It’s unbelievable that this could happen in a 4**** hotel. We are Genius travellers in Booking.com and such a case never happened to us. We cannot obviously recommend this hotel and advise future guests to be very cautious…if not to avoid this hotel at all!

O hotel é lindo, muitas cadeiras de praia e colchoes para tomar sol na praia. Peguei a opcao de all inclusive e amei a comida! Cada dia uma opcao diferente de culinária, na sexta teve ate churrasco ao ar livre. O chef eh excelente! Estacionamento amplo. Funcionarios muito atenciosos, principalmente no cafe da manha! Fiquei alguns dias la e Elas ja ate sabiam o que eu queria beber, traziam sem eu nem Pedir, umas fofas!

O quarto achei um pouco simples para 4 estrelas. Precisa de manutencao e seria legal ter mais amenidades. Poderiam disponibilizar no quarto tambem alguns snacks. No sabado de madrugada cheguei de uma festa e nao tinha ng para abrir o portao.. levou algum tempo e varias buzinadas para poder entrar. O funcionário do bar da piscina as vezes um pouco descontente toda vez que iamos pedir alguma bebida.

Falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones, los baños con mucho olor a cloaca. Poco cómodos.
