Hotel les pieds dans l eau avec une plage magnifique. Attention un peu excentré du centre donc pour sortir prévoir une voiture

Hotel assez vétusté, aurais besoin d' un petit coup de neuf. Chambre petite et literie pas confortable. Nous étions visiblement en basse saison (fevrier)donc ttes peu d animation

La ubicación espectacular al lado de la playa. La habitación con una vista preciosa al mar. Se hallaba cerca del pueblo de Tulum, pero a buena distancia para tener tranquilidad.

Hubo problemas de seguridad. Gente externa nos robó dinero desde una habitación.

Abbiamo trascorso 6 notti in camera vista mare (Stupenda). Siamo stati accolti in maniera fantastica da tutto lo staff. Un grazie paricolare alla direttrice Lorenza, sempre cordiale e attenta alle necessità degli ospiti. Ottima la cucina dello chef Carlo. Gradita la compagnia di Mario coordinatore delle serate in musica. Resort super consigliato
