Un hôtel très soigné dans ces équipements, Un emplacement merveilleux, Des repas de qualité

-Le personnel d'accueil n'est pas à la hauteur pour un hôtel de ce standing -L'hôtel est au fond d'un long chemin qui part de la grande route 307 Cancun Tulum mais n'est pas du tout indiqué, ce qui nous a posé des problèmes surtout en arrivant de nuit. -L'animation FRAM était très simple...

La ubicación frente al mar, la tranquilidad del hotel y del lugar, la cantidad de reposeras, camastros etc que ofrecen, la limpieza, el desayuno, las clases de yoga, stretching y acuagym que da José. Además limpian el saegazo . Ante cualquier problema en el cuarto, lo resuelven rápidamente, (ej. Un ventanita sin vidrio en el baño, y nos cambiaron de cuarto) Volvería, sin duda a hospedarme ahí!
