"We loved our week in Medan and staying in a hotel like the Grand Central Premier really helped make the week."

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely great. The room was very well priced. The hotel is very well located, just down the road from the train station, two stunning shopping complexes nearby, Deli Park and Centre Point Medan. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Not so much the hotel, but the footpaths around the local area are terrible.

"Excellent hotel in an ideal location"

Excellent swimming pool with plenty of space for adults and children. . Rooms are very clean and the floor staff are attentive and hardworking. Good location walking distance from Centre point shopping mall and railway station. Recommend exploring the old Chinatown on the far side of Centre point. Some great family run restaurants. Next to hotel, there is an old Methodist church and further down the street a Buddhist temple. Sumatra has an interesting history of adopting different religions and cultures.

Room rates seem to change dramatically depending on time of booking.

The bed is really comfortable. They offer a welcome drink and the pool is long enough for swimming. The waterfall shower is amazing.

The interior does seem so fresh anymore although the hotel is quite new. There are spots and scratches on the furniture. The restaurant was closed, only the bistro was open. It seemed very empty.

Fantastic experience with excellent service. The staffs especially Winda was very helpful and friendly. She explained every question about the hotel and nearby very well. And I amazed about the facility. You can enjoy day and night only in 1 building, and that was amazing. Can’t wait to arrange my next stay. Thank you.
