Great location. It’s newly open so the rooms are modern.

Our room had water leaking into our room on the first night. We requested an omelette at the breakfast egg stand and the cook walked away. We enquired if we could visit the pool at 5pm, we were told it was closed. The gym wasn’t open yet

The room is clean, the staff is helpful, facilities are excellent. The location is also strategist enough since it is located in the center of the city. Worth a stay!

where do I start ? 3 of 4 nights where spoiled because the hotel has decided to run a night club on the 16th floor, that you can hear until around 3 am from Thursday - Sunday and on special events like Valentine’s Day. first night ( valentines day) I was on the 10th floor and it felt like I was sleeping directly in the night club from 10 pm to 3 am. I complained and got a room on the 6th floor for the rest of the stay. first night, no problem. no noise because it was Wednesday. next to nights noisy until 3 pm again a little less than on the 10th floor but still not easy to sleep. maybe they should decide wether they want to run a hotel or a night club. hotel is brand new but no soundproof rooms you could also hear the traffic from the 10th floor. breakfast very ordinary and boring. not recomendable especially not at the price which is the expensive end of Medan

Hotel just opened and not full completed. There are still a lot of Works ongoing and also noise. The swimming pool not so children friendly as difficult to Enter and get up for children. There is no firm Devision between pool and children pool so the children can by accident come into the deeper water

location,hospitality,bed&pillow were good. smart tv (netflix,amazon prime,youtube etc). walking distance to deli park mall (podomoro)

renovation is ongoing as the hotel just newly opened on 10th January 2023 (informed by staff) so please expect noise if you plan to stay in nearly future. There is a rooftop lounge (more to disco vibes),hence choose lower level if you choose to relax and calm. Lack of hanging point in the toilet. No hairdryer provided. Limited clothes hanger (only 2?) breakfast is moderate.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel is brand new and breakfast os perfect. The pool is very clean and beautiful.

They don't have gym and they don't have hair dryer in rooms. The disco on 16.-th floor is very loud. We asked for a room on lower floor and it was ok.
