Grand Central Premier Medan

Location of the hotel is very near to the train station and Deli Park Mall. The hotel is quite clean and the staff are very cooperative.

Same type of breakfast during my stay and the loud music at the top floor.

It's a big and clean hotel. Lot of options for breakfast.

A lot of noise from the road/railway. Kept us out of our sleep. The room had to be checked before we could leave the hotel after check-out.

Good location, new hotel, well-furnished rooms

Finishing is cheap and basic, poor sound isolation: you can hear guests around and traffic in the street. Beware of the night club on the top floor: it is very loud and we could hear the music staying at the 6th floor. We had the dinner in the hotel restaurant, expensive for the local prices, but food was blunt and distasteful.

It’s clean and the beds are firm and not the soft and bouncy type. We had a good nights sleep.

The entrance for Grab / Gojek /Taxis is not prominent. I experienced 2 lost drivers who couldn’t find their way and had to make one big round again (one way road outside the hotel) in the massive jam. We got to the airport later coz our driver took an additional 20min in the detour. Suggest that the entrance be lit clearly with big signages.
