Somewhere Lombok

Very friendly staff, stunning view from the pool and extremely cleaned hotel. Very efficient the shuttle service to and from Kuta.

I would have loved having some fresh fruit for breakfast.

It was such a perfect stay! The staff were all so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautiful and clean and very comfortable. I even had a lovely birthday surprise waiting for me in the room and then one morning for breakfast. The pool is pretty stand out with wonderful views, making it really nice to spend the day relaxing there. The breakfast is also 10/10 - so tasty and such a great selection. The chef even made us something a little different to what was on the menu when we requested it. Special shout out to Lalu and Lim who we really enjoyed chatting and playing uno with! We can’t wait to come back!

The hot water was occasionally a little hit and miss but if we turned the shower off and then on again it seemed to sort itself out.

There is no room service and no way to get any food after 8pm. The curtains in the room let in a lot of sunlight from the sides in the morning. The stairs down tobthe rooms were very steep and long, not suitable for older visitors.

Where do I begin… from the entrance view, to the welcome service and drink while taking in the wonderful mountain ocean view, to the room itself… the villas are not huge when you compare to other standalone villas you may find in Lombok or Bali, but it is designed to feel spacious - you do not need more space! The bathroom and shower is beautiful. Everything was crisp and clean. It felt like we were alone on the side of the mountain - so quiet, no noise except nature. Breakfast was the best we have had among many four and five star resorts… the choice and fresh ingredients was amazing. Pool was large with an incredible view. But above all - the service is unmatched. From Zaen at the front desk who even drove us when there were no taxis available, to all the ladies and gents in the kitchen, restaurant, bar - all so friendly and accommodating. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Lombok and neither should you!
