Somewhere Lombok

All, free shuttle to KUTA, very good SPA

Staff were friendly, obliging and kind. The room is bigger than anticipated based on photos. The room view (Mountain) is lovely and you can wake sure sunrise or use your blackout curtains for an easy sleep. The pool view over the ocean is absolutely stunning. The facilities were kept very clean and the room turn down service was excellent. The included breakfast felt extravagant and the meals from the restaurant were also excellent. We had an excellent stay at Somewhere and would come back any time. This location is a little way out of town, which was a plus for us, but you do need to be happy to safely get on a scooter to have a bit more freedom on the island generally, however the free shuttle would also work well as another option or requesting cars from the hotel for your needs.

We were not told the menu specials in the restaurant and missed out on some lovely dishes. The hotel facilitated activities were more expensive than other places, however, you pay the price for convenience. Other than these very minor concerns the stay was perfect and the staff went above and beyond for us to have a good experience.

I had a dream stay at somewhere. Everything is amazing from the check in to check out. I can’t recommend more somewhere for your stay in Lombok. Special mention to the amazing people working in the hotel ! Thank you for everything

The property is beautiful and it has the best view ever. The pool overlooking the ocean is class and the view from the villa was also breathtaking. The people... My God!! Every single staff went above and beyond to make you feel at home... Better than at home. I'm so so grateful!! Thank you so so much!! The food is fantastic, and the cocktails are from another planet. It was everything a 10 ☺️🙏🏽

There's nothing I didn't like. I would say that getting there is a bit difficult, and scooter is not an option for everyone because the hills and turns are quite dangerous. If you want to be safe, you can rely on the shuttle offered by the property or take taxis... Which are not very cheap

The whole environment is very quiet and feel exclusive. The scenery from the hotel lobby was perfect, making you feel like you are in another world cos it is so relaxing. The shuttle transfer is very useful and we use it everyday to get to Kuta. The beach is just a short walk away. Most importantly, all the staffs of the resort make us feel so welcome all the time.

If the view from the room is the same as the lobby's view, it will be perfect. If the route to the room can be smoother, not that flights of stairs, it will be great.

The property is really beautiful with an amazing view, the breakfast was delicious and the staff is incredibly helpful. The room was large and the AC worked really well.

Ants all over the surfaces or the room. The spa/massage was not good, they were 30 minutes late, talking/giggling the entire time and did not seem like they really knew how to give a massage. My masseuse also went to spit in the sink at one point. Overall experience in for the spa was a 0/10, we wanted it to end soon after it began.

The views were amazing. The food was great, we had the delicious breakfast, which is included, a couple lunches and dinner there. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

We knew going there that it wasn’t that close to town but you do have to rely on the shuttle to get in / out of town as Grab is limited. You can get a taxi organised, if needed. Being further out of the town does enable you to have the incredible location and views so think it’s worth it!

Everything location, quietness, staff, food, coffee, pool, spa honestly just an all round great stay.

The stairs to get to the room but honestly not too bad.

One of the best hotels I have ever been: - Staff super attentive - Facilities and views are out of this world - Food is definitely the best we had in our holidays in Lombok and Bali.
