Easy and smooth self check-in process. Overall clean and comfortable place. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The bed broke as soon as I sat down on it (I'm only 185 lbs). Turned out the bed was missing a support beam and only held on one side by a single screw. After one phone call, they had someone there to fix it within an hour also offered us another room for the night. Great customer service! Overall, great location, decent place for the money and great customer service.

"Never to return."

The location, close to shopping and the beaches. Comfortable bed.

The property was very loud (neighbors upstairs only walking around, but it sounded like construction), no staples foods (salt, pepper, or oil), pots and pans need replacing, horrible communication with property management. When I extended with the company the payment went through but not the message and we were locked out of the property about 45 minutes.
