Furniture living room- not comfortable, too small to lay on. Lacking sharp knife to cut veggies/fruit.

Location is great. Barbecue and well equipped.

Beds were noisy and mattresses could be improved.

-The Lowkl Staff: always responsive, respectful, and pleasant. Staff came quickly when I needed something. -Great location. -Spacious courtyard, studio and patio with a grill. -Grounds well maintained. -Nice and cold AC. -Walking distance fm a great mall, grocery store, and lots of restaurants. Beach and clubs 5 min away. -Strong WiFi.

-Needs a good clean. Black mold in bathroom. Stove top and walls dirty. -Malfunctioning light and fridge in kitchen. -ill fitting bedsheets with an annoying plastic mattress cover. -This is the worst Lowkl experience so far (been to two other properties)

Location, near Beach and parks

The walls are thin like paper, cockroaches and mold, old kitchen utensils and there were no cutlery, other guests do not respect quiet hours screaming, dancing loudly in the middle of Monday until 4:30 a.m. jumping, moaning and having loud sex, I went with my young daughter and she asked what noise was that, even contacting the company nothing was done because we found that the neighbor from above was a resident and not a guest, we closed the lease on the second day and asked for the money. Back, we had to look for another place to stay, this company is a nightmare and does nothing for guests, there is no contact phone because they only respond by email. I just didn't call the police because I didn't want more stress than I was already having, from 13 days I managed to stay only 2 and without sleep, I don't recommend it to anyone, please read the other complaints of this company before thinking about renting, their excuses are always the same, other people here have already had the same problem, you come to rest and enjoy and end up being the worst experience of your life, a nightmare!

15 minutes to the sea, 3 minutes to the shopping center, market in front of the door, everywhere is within walking distance, everything you need for your holiday is at your fingertips without wasting time. The cleanliness of the apartment, having our own terrace made us feel like home. Also, since I have a child, it is a safe place with 24-hour camera. 3 minutes walking distance to the park. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is a 15-minute walk away. I definitely recommend you to see it. You can also observe many different friendly animals and enjoy the ocean and nature. The smiling faces of the relevant people, their extra care for the garden. The phone number you can reach 24 hours. And they constantly ask if we need anything. In short, a team that does everything cleanly, with care and meticulousness. When I want to come again, I definitely want to stay in the same place.
