It's was decent

The bed was old and squeaky

the bed and futon were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, it was what we needed to evacuate from the hurricane.

The location for our needs was very good also within walking distance to beach & opposite supermarket The customer service team were always quick to reply to emails

In my personal view the ground floor apartment was not in good condition & requires some refurbishment. It had however been cleaned to a reasonable standard. Drain water flowed back into the bath from the waste, which was attended & drain cleared but the bath was not left clean even after emailing customer services, this was not carried out reasulting in us having to purchase cleaning materials & sanitize the bath before we could use. One section of the patio door could not be locked & could be opened from the outside which was immediately reported on arrival but not fixed during our 2 week stay. The 3 redundant soap dispenser metal brackets fixed to bath side wall was a perfect height to injure arm or head while showering. The internal air conditioning unit was extremely loud at night. Also in my view the registration procedure is a nighmare especially for international air travellers (time difference & wifi access) to obtain access codes for front access gate & apartment door. Every foot step & furniture movement in upper apartment is clearly heard in lower apartment.

The location was great - an easy drive to the airport, and very handy to stores that we needed.

The smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming. The kitchen was missing some basics like a chopping board or tea towels.

pros: clean rooms, safe, good location cons: very cheap furniture. poor wifi signal, significant flooding on the street when rains

Location was good. Easy to go to the beach, many restaurants close by, and also a supermarket.

The place was not as showed on the pictures, that seemed to be a newer place. The apartment needs care, walls need to be painted, sofa is really old and smells bad. The bedroom's TV is old and the remote control didn't work. Bathtub doesn't retain water, so didn't work. Bathroom lack of furniture, we needed to use a chair to put our stuff. Closets are pretty bad, with lots of wires exposed and kinda dirty.

The proximity to the beach .

The place was not in good condition the bathroom door was broken to the bottom and have rusty hinges, the toilet is very low especially if you have bad knees the tub look old and inside of it had a ring of mold ....there is know shower caddy or a place to hang bath towel and there is only one bathroom and a family of 7 can't even use the bathroom when it's time to go.also there were a bunch of old small pots could find decent utensils and pans to cook we are a big family from the islands and we don't eat fast food all day we want to cook and there were alot of challenges. The air condition was not working it got really hot thru the night the bedspread look like there weren't change before we got there.the place is old and needs a renovation before yall decide to rent it out to people its not worth I could of stayed to a nice comfortable hotel for that price it was a dump.
