The Jasmine Apartments by Lowkl

Nothing much.

Broken bed. Poor lighting. No inside bolt to lock door for security. Very cheap furniture. No socket in bathroom. Dirty towels and other items in outside area.

There was a serious problem with the accommodation. We booked accommodation for 4 people, but there was only sheets for 2 people. Despite the promise, we did not receive the sheets from the 1st night. My children were forced to use decorative pillows and other non-bed linen found in the apartment. Furthermore, there were cockroachs in the apartment. The accommodation was quite expensive, for so much money I expected much better conditions. The pictures prove the conditions.

Mostly Clean, nice neighbours, comfy bed

Dirty dishes in the sink upon arrival, bed bugs and sofa bed isnt really a bed, very hard.

I liked the outside sitting area right outside the apartment and that the unit came with a lot of essentials like dishes, cooking utensils, paper towels, tissue, soap, lotion, shampoo, and plenty of towels including pool towels. I also liked that the thermostat was open so we could control the temperature ourselves. The staff was very nice and always around if we needed anything.

The pictures of the standard apartment I booked were different from the unit I actually received. Also, the door code randomly changed during our stay which was a little concerning in case it happened late at night. The pool area was nice but it was crowded and a little dirty at times.
