O imovel tinha uma cama a menos do que foi anunciado, e um dos convidados precisou locar outro imovel aumentando o custo. Quando o suporte foi procurado a recomendacao deles foi “fale com o booking” e nenhuma reaoluçao foi dada

The pool area was very nice. The house was very spacious and clean. Staff was super helpful when the tv wasn’t working!

Needed more blankets for the bed. Just had a sheet a duvet cover. Few extra wash cloths/hand towels would have been good.

The apartment is lovely and easy to locate. Seems newly renovated and well decorated.

It was 38 degrees F in Ft Lauderdale at night that weekend and the apartment has no heat. I asked about space heaters before we arrived, and they said on the app they would check - then after a second request, replied there were none. So we asked for extra blankets, since there were only summer-weight bedspreads on the beds. They brought 2 throws (1/2 the size of a twin blanket). We were 4 people sleeping on 4 queen sized beds. They refused to bring any more blankets. I was told 3 times via the messaging app that all we had to do was turn off the AC and we would be "comfortable." Who refuses to bring even extra blankets when it is almost freezing outside??? The thermostat read 57 in the living area when we woke up in the morning. (My colleague staying at the Hyatt was immediately given a space heater when she asked - that's reasonable customer service!) There was some noise at the pool around 9:30pm one night - kids playing, people talking loudly. They were quiet by 10:15pm (I checked because I hate noise when trying to sleep). The next day I saw the hosts sent a message on the app at 1:15am saying there was a noise complaint and instructing people to stop the noise immediately. A text sent 3hrs after the noise concluded tells me that if we were there when it was warm, and people were actually making noise at the pool, nothing would be done to stop it right away. In terms of cleanliness it was mostly clean, but there were random hairs in the room and bathroom, and some of the dresser drawers also had hair in them. Suffice it to say I didn't use the dresser drawers. It's too bad. I'm in Ft Lauderdale every 3 months for work and would love to stay at this place if it was properly managed, since the layout is perfect for me and my colleagues. As it is, all the labels on soap etc in the unit that say "We care about you" feel like a lie.

Location, apartment and beds were great. It was very clean. The pool area was very nice and chill.

Floors were pretty dirty, couldn't tell to look at it, but walking around in bare feet, very dirty.
