Every thing about this hotel is great Alas some guests can be a bit noisy

Great place to stay for a foodie.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wake. The apartment was spacious, modern, and had a beautiful terrace with a fantastic hot tub. The location was ideal, and we loved having breakfast most mornings at the café downstairs. However, there were a few issues. It was disappointing that the terrace only had loungers—no table or chairs to sit and eat outside. One night, we discovered the terrace doors wouldn’t lock. When we reported it, reception said it couldn’t be fixed until the next morning. We expressed concern about security, but the response felt dismissive. Thankfully, maintenance resolved it the next day. There were only large bath towels provided—no hand or face towels. Despite asking, we didn’t receive them until the fourth day of our six-day stay. The rooftop pool was much smaller than expected, with very few sun loungers. Most of the space was taken up by sofas and high tables, which weren’t ideal for sunbathing. Overall, we loved the apartment and location, and with some small improvements in service and amenities, this could be an excellent stay.

Wonderful experience, beautiful suite, amazing rooftop with gym, pool, hot tub, sauna and incredible views of the city. Many restaurant options. The front desk are so so pleasant and helpful. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Gym have not a full equipment.

I have stayed at this property easily over 10 times and I can definitely say it’s a great hotel. The rooms are amazing, fully equipped as a small apartment, they have a great pool, nice gym, the surrounding restaurants are fantastic. This is a great please to stay for business or to really get to know Medellin, definitely not a place to party without control as many foreigners do.

The property is very nice very quiet. I recommend it to anyone.

Property was clean and modern. You'll be stunned by all the green plants walking into the main area. They have 3 restaurants to eat at in the hotel if you didn't want to leave. Also in a walkable area by main attractions. The rooms look as beautiful as they are in the photos. Exceeds customer service! Cristina and the front desk took great care of me during my stay from the moment I checked in. I was able to drop my luggage off and know it was safe as I went to do an activity before check in. Cristina went out her way to decorate my room for my birthday in detail and even made reservations for my birthday dinner at a fine dining restaurant. She checked on me through out my stay making sure I didn't need anything and absolutely embraced me as she knew I was traveling alone. Safe area, great pool view. Only con I can think of is that there is no daily room cleaning service included in the stay. Otherwise this places deserves a 10/10.

Positive: the flat is beautiful with amazing views and it’s very well located. Negative: it has absurd “rules”. They didn’t allow a friend who lives locally to come up and visit. They rented the common areas like the pool for a private event while we were there. Therefore, we couldn’t use it. They should’ve given something in exchange or not rented that area considering that we were paying the full price. The gym was also dirty.
