Very beautiful hotel I recomendar it

When you arrive here you feel at ease because of the warm reception from the staff at check in. Good space. Even better is the hospitality from their team who will help make your trip less of a headache.

Perfect property in poblado , literally walking distance from all the spots you would want to go to either at daytime or night time! Great restaurants downstairs and the view was phenomenal at this place! Only issue we had was the strict rules they had for extra guests which costed us an extra 600 in fines one night when we brought some guests home with us . But other than that I would definitely stay here again!

Wake is an awesome hotel in a lovely area

Excellent, the check-in process was smooth. The place was clean and the view was really one of a kind.

We were charged an unwarranted cleaning fee for smoking on our terrace when we were told at check in it was ok when we asked.

Upon check in as they went over the hotel policies including no smoking in the room which is kind of a given rule. I asked if smoking outside on our terrace was allowed and was told yes. After checkout, they sent me a picture of the ashtray that was used OUTSIDE and charged me a cleaning fee equal to 1 night’s stay saying it was for cleaning materials used to get the smell out. This was extremely frustrating because when we decided to stay an extra night, an employee came into our room to take payment and made no reference to any smell of smoke because there was none. After requesting this charge to be voided, we were met a very standoffish response and frankly I was lied too about the smell they claimed was there. I understand there may have been a miscommunication/language barrier with us and the front desk upon check in, but after an 8 night stay and us leaving the room in great condition, you would think that this could have been accommodated. Very disappointing
