Browndot Hotel Namchuncheon

Breakfast is superb, simple but perfect. Check-in phrase is very fast and less-contact. Room condition is excellent with clean & high-tech bathroom. Will consider stay again if we visit Chuncheon.

The cleanliness of the room. The amenities in the room - Philips Styler, Hair & Skincare products, Netflix etc. The varieties of free drinks available at the lobby.

The distance from the bus/train station, it’s much further than I thought. With a heavy luggage in tow, it can be a long walk. A taxi ride is just 5 mins away. The lack of eateries around the hotel, need to eat before returning, but there’s a convenience store down the road to get food/snacks.

My family booked two rooms for one night at the hotel. We love the complimentary breakfast: braised eggs and toast at the lobby. The bedroom is clean and comfortable except it's small. It's a nice gesture to provide complimentary water, juices and bedroom amenities kits.

The shower towels are similar size as the hand towels in most hotels. However, the hotel should not provide birth contraceptive product in the amenities kit. My adolescent children were embarrassed when they happily went through the kit.

The front staff spoke Japanese. He was very kind.

The hotel was clean, cute and all the facilities were great with washing machines and dryers. The location is good too especially if you have a car and want to go to Nami Island

The room is full of amenities. It even has a hair straightener and a LG personal steam clothes refresher machine in the room. The hotel lobby is welcoming and cute. The shower was very comfortable and shampoo, soap and conditioner provided are of great quality.

The room may be on the small side for people who like big rooms. I travelled with a friend and I personally feel that the room size is acceptable for two.
