Browndot Hotel Namchuncheon

All the amenities provided! The room itself was super nice, they provided everything you could need while traveling. They even had free laundry services available with detergent and softener included!

The parking was a bit small but we made it work

Check in time was at 6pm which was already later than other properties and when I checked in 3 hrs earlier at 3 pm, they asked extra fee of $10 per hour. Quite surprised but just let go as my family was tired from a long trip.

Flexibility of hotel staff at check in

Nice, new and clean room with comfortable beds. Good size bathroom with all the required amenities and toiletries. Basic breakfast of toast/eggs/beverages. Free water and canned drinks available all day in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful reception personnel.

Larger bath towels perhaps

Clean comfortable room. Kind front desk staff that helped me with laundry. Very nice walk by the river nearby and proximity to the train station.

Toilet didn't flush properly and wasn't attended to after we reported to the front desk staff. One of the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the younger ones don't seem to have any training in customer service and treat the guest with indifference.
