Todo estaba muy bien

Mooie rustige omgeving, goed geslapen. Parkeer gelegenheid, mooie kamer voor ons gezin met 4. Hond was welkom.

Let me start by saying the location is unparalleled: beautiful forest surroundings in the Basque Country. And the property is outstanding: fully renewed and comfortable apartments. It seems the owners really invested serious money to create an amazing luxury "cabin"-look experience.

However, and given that said, the property is unfortunately not very well managed. No basic toiletries available (e.g. shampoo); or basic kitchen items (e.g. coffee, salt or olive oil, even some bottles of water in the fridge). We were not made aware of this, and needed to drive ~15 min at night to the closest supermarket (in the very narrow streets of Lekeitio). The property has a restaurant, but if you are planning to eat dinner (dinner. breakfast), you need to let them know 1-2 days in advance, as there is no full-time kitchen staff. And be aware there are no restaurants around, so if you arrive late you will basically have no options. We also had major problems with hot water not working, which couldn't be fixed until the people managing the property got there at ~9:00 am (which by the way delayed our entire itinerary of that day). This place has massive potential, but for some reason this lack of attention to details and not being on top of management ends up making it not such a great experience. I hope they improve this. I'll be happy to come back.

El hotel esta localizado en un lugar con mucho encanto, disfrutar paisaje y el silencio.Ademas de todas las comodidades , el hotel esta decoradp con mucho gusto.Espero poder tener la oportunidad de ir por mas dias.⁶

Wunderschön gelegenes, traumhaft schön renoviertes Anwesen. inmitten der Natur, Wanderwege vor der Haustür. Hunde willkommen. Strände in Reichweite.

Lo espacioso, que está decorado con estilo, el despertarse en plena naturaleza y la buena atención.

Todo fue excepcional. Sólo pequeños detalles por decir algo, como que había algunas telarañas en las ventanas, que una de las toallas tenía manchas y que olvidaron quitar una pastilla de jabón usada de la ducha.
