"Heerlijk centraal gelegen appartement"

Toplocatie en ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Erg nette badkamer en bedden lagen heerlijk.

Zeepdispenser was stuk maar er werd oplossingsgericht gedacht. Heel fijn.

Perfect stay right in the middle of the city centre. The location was excellent, everything was within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

"Geweldig verblijf in een ruim en schoon hotel op prachtige locatie!"

Fantastisch hotel met mooie ruime en schone kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en duidelijke communicatie, o.a. via mail en telefoon. De ligging van het hotel is ook heel gunstig.

The bed was infested with bed bugs and I got bitten dozens of times of times during the night. It destroyed my stay in Haarlem

"Emplacement idéal mais ne vaut pas le prix demandé"

Emplacement idéal au centre d'Haarlem, dans la rue piétonne

Chambre budget économique n°1 est au rez-de-chaussée. on entend tous les bruits des autres clients qui entrent et sortent. Aucune fenêtre sauf une petite lucarne au plafond de la "cuisine". Literie très inconfortable. Le matelas est vieux et creusé.
