Great place to stay and nice rooms and staff. Close to food and several amenities.

Property was nice and new, but we were not fans that they made us pay for parking! It’s not even in downtown of major city! You pay enough for rooms without having to go through a parking app to pay!

My key would not work. The only staff member on dury could nit make a key . Had to let me in my room with a master key that took 30 minutes to find

Only issue I had was the fact we had to pay for parking at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and the rooms are really nice!! The area had many restaurants nearby Walmart and Target less than a mile away! The Highway is less than a mile and the airport is like 10 min away! This was a nice area and overall great place to vacation!!

Nice clean hotel

The room was clean and it had quite a smart bathroom with relatively modern fixtures. An airport shuttle was available for a very early flight.

The bed was not particularly comfortable and it had very skimpy bedding.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting family and were underwhelmed on many levels. Upon check in the woman helping us was not friendly and not communicative except when it came to the parking fee. Yes, even though there is a massive parking lot encircling the hotel and adjacent shopping complex with few cars parked in it, there is a parking fee of $10 a day for self parking. This fee is not paid through the hotel but through a third party with a VR code. Our room was not cleaned the following day and the front desk person said that housekeeping forgot. Upon check out the man at the front desk seemed annoyed that we were bothering him by asking for a printout of the bill, informed us that the printer wasn’t working and disappeared as he was telling us that we only had a $3.00 charge. He was gone and we had no way to inform him that we didn’t charge anything. I am assuming that it was for a water but we are Hilton honors members and get 2 waters for free, but not this visit I guess. We will not stay here again and would not recommend others to stay here.
