"Waste of money and time "

There was nobody working at the front desk to answer phone calls or let us in because the outside doors were locked. Even an employee from the Hilton down the road tried to call them and it went straight voicemail. We had to drive 3 hours home at 4 in the morning.

The staff made the stay extra special. They were so kind and always greeted me and made sure to fulfill any requests I had and answered all questions. I was new in the area and the hotel had a nifty touchscreen panel that provided more details on the city and provided food, tour and attraction suggestions. The room was immaculate and had a spacious work area along with a couch with tons of space.

Breakfast was around $13 which was fine but the I would have loved to see better quality food such as real eggs being used instead of powdered eggs and more variety. It wasn’t horrible but it was just ok and one could leave the hotel and grab a tastier breakfast.

"Clean hotel!!"

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in the area for work! The hotel is extremely clean, which is my top priority. The rooms are nice, and while the breakfast could be improved, there are places to eat nearby within walking distance, so it's not a big deal. I’m not sure if I would stay here if I had a car, since parking is an additional cost. However, the hotel is a 10/10 when it comes to cleanliness.
