Casa Flor de Vida

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are living here as well, and they make us feel at home. They have the sweetest cat and a very nice garden. The place was very clean and spacious. Walking distance to attractions and not too noisy. I really enjoyed staying here and can definitely recommend!

I had a good stay at Casa Flor de Vida. I really appreciated the hot water in the shower. I didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed to be well-equipped and included fresh drinking water for guests. In the common space, the host included information about activities and tours to do in San Cristobal.

I feel that the host could have provided shower gel in the bathroom. The curtains for my room were a little see-through so when people were in the garden I felt I lacked some privacy.

Very beautiful hostel with a small beautiful big garden. Very friendly host with nice Tipps for the city and extremely easy communication. Uncomplicated check-in and friendly, secure neighbourhood.

Very beautiful house with a couple of rooms surrounding a nice courtyard. Purified water is provided on the kitchen. The host could not have been more helpful, even organised the tour for us for the cheapest price we found anywhere. Amazing value for money!

The room is big, clean and nice . The bathroom is nice and big . Some details missing like a bed light which did not work ( but there was another working ) , the soap was poor . For the rest the room was very welcoming for a good price . The staff available to provide extra service ( information and so on )

Casa Flor de Vida had hot water. After getting the overnight bus from Oaxaca, I greatly appreciated this! My room was ready before official check-in so the host allowed me to check-in early. The facilities were good - there was a garden, kitchen and a common area where people could relax. I also liked that in the common space there were leaflets and other literature to provide guests with helpful information about tours etc.

The wifi could be better as it was patchy in places and the host could provide shower gel for guests. I was also waiting for some time for someone to let me into the property, despite knocking and messaging the host numerous times.

The room was wide and comfortable.
