Collecting the keys was alright.

The communication was a shitshow from the beginning. 2nd homes cancelled my original booking, then offered me another apartment, which i did not accept, because it was too small for three guests. After a lot of unanswered emails and ignored messages my guests were forced to stay there, because we had no other choice. The apartment was too small for my three guests, so i had to host one of them myself on my home instead. The window could not close in the apartment. IN WINTER. IN HELSINKI. The guests had to tuck the curtain in the gap, so the apartment wouldn't be so icecold during the stay. An electric socket was hanging from the wall. The apartment wasnt cleaned properly. Even the bedsheet had a smudge on it. Outrageous level of service.

Kiitos paljon! Viihdyimme todella hyvin. Asunto oli erinomainen, rauhallinen ja kaunis. Kiitos, että autoitte meitä luomaan ihania ja pysyviä muistoja Helsingistä

Ei varsinaisesti mitään, mutta jos mahdollista, olisi vielä parempaa, jos kylpyhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa olisi wc-paperia ja talouspaperia.

Ihana huoneisto kivalla paikalla. Siisti. Oikein mukava sänky: pitkä, leveä, pehmeä ja hyvän tuoksuiset lakanat.

Avainten haku oli kaukana asunnosta. Avaimen käyttö asunnon ja rappukäytävän oviin oli vaivalloista: sitä piti yrittää oveen useita kertoja ennen kuin toimi.

Rauhallinen ja siisti asunto hyvällä paikalla, kaupan vieressä. Mukava sänky.
