The entire facility was clean and absolutely refreshing. I especially loved the kitchen area,splendid facilities for the duration of our stay. Loved loved overall hotel ambience and aesthetics. Not forgetting the food from Artistry, all very tasty 😋

Besides the minor maintenance items mentioned, everything else was superb.

I'm knit picking here... minor maintenance issues in the room, shower mixer handle and shower door knob was loose.

There is no privacy when you open your room curtains

Easy place to stay. Close enough to the mall.

The room was not prepared , I arrived there were no towels nor TV remote and iron inside the room Artistry closes at 10:00 and reopens at 12:00 , if you arrive between 10-12 there is no food served . For such a big establishment that makes no sense The last time i was there, I complained of a funny smell down the passage , I even had to change my room because the smell was so bad.this time the passage on the forth floor had a funny horrible smell but not as bad as the previous time. As much as we use technology now but I think having a telephone is still a crucial thing especially for old people who do not have WhatsApp or smart phones , there was no telephone in my room . This isn’t good .
