Location and ability to cook

Our room had a leak in the bathroom above the toilet. We reported it in the morning and were told maintenance would attend to it. When we got back in the afternoon the ceiling had fallen and was messed. We were then told they would move us to another room and that someone would assist us as we had a lot of stuff as tge fridge was stocked. A lady came to check if we were ready and I asked for help. She said she was going to bring a trolley and will be back. About 30 mins later I had to call and ask for assistance again because no one returned. She came back after the room was virtually packed to the other room and did help do a check to make sure everything was out. The other room was very nice but had many baby cockroaches which was extremely disappointing. We also had to call daily to ask for towels as they were none in the room with the exception of the first night

Location of place is very good and convenient Staff is friendly and helpful

No towels in our first night only got then second day. Wasnt happy with the location of the bathroom next to the head of the bed I think its only applicable to some rooms but not all

Was very clean and location is good.

There were no linen on bed not even a extra blanket.
