Location in heart of Sandton

It wasn’t sanitary. Specifically the cough was stained and filthy. None of the interleading doors were properly locked and I felt unsafe as a result.

The guy on duty when I checked in was very friendly and helpful - I forget his name (was working on te 8th June at 10pm). And then also the very helpful women on the desk in the morning.

The guy on the desk the morning was not as warm and welcoming - had a bit of a judgemental attitude. The corridors felt a bit like a hospital. Towels in the bedroom was extremely old. It felt like a hostel. I wouldn't rate this as an apartment or hotel room.
