Location, size of unit, facilities, height (view). Pesonell was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Extra pillows, only one towel while two people were booked for room (was provided extra towel quickly when asked for), one teaspoon for two people. Leak at washing basin. Clarity on website of cooking utensils (state stove and oven but no pans for instance).

It was freezing cold , asked the staff to fix the air conditioner they said they can’t … asked for extra blankets..they said they didn’t have any .. barely slept due to the freezing temperatures.. now I have a bad flue
