"Superb"

The rooms were perfectly clean. The cook made a different breakfast every day. There was hot water and some fruits to grab for free. The whole surroundings are truly nice, J. works hard to keep it nice and tidy.

Not enough space to put your things on in the room. Needs some storage furniture, also in the bathroom. Maybe some hooks as well.

Go directly to the Tronco Tambopata Adventure website to book a tour package. We booked the room, meals and excursions separately and it ended up being just as expensive. The staff were very friendly and the food was good.

The lodge is in secondary jungle so the wildlife is not as diverse or rich as I was hoping. If I were to travel again I would spend the extra cash to go to a larger nature reserve like Manu or up to Iquitos. Also we had a cold shower with no hot water available. Our tour guide Ryan seemed distracted and not very happy to be there, there were also only 2 other guests at the time so it felt awkward.

I loved the setting and Julio was great.

There was no hot water, which would have been fine if the weather was warm, but it was cold.

"Amazing, beautiful, friendly,, absolutely terrific!"

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh and healthy! The property was absolutely gorgeous, the room, clean and comfortable, the staff were so so friendly, and went out of their way to make you feel very comfortable. It was an amazing accommodation!!

Nothing could have been better. It was excellent in every way!

This was our second stay at Tronco Tambopata, and it felt like coming back home. We were so warmly received and hosted, and only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were super friendly once again. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the nearby restaurants were once again partying till 5 am. This seems to be a weekend thing only, so it's good for guests to be aware (and prepared with earplugs).

Own hut, setting and surroundings, very warm welcome, welcome fresh juice, delicious breakfast

Nearby restaurant playing very loud music all night (till dawn). But it was a Saturday night, so hopefully not the case every night.

A really nice lodge in the middle of the jungle but still you reach it by land. The stuff is super friendly and they prepare great meals.
