"A good property let down by poor management"

The property was as descriibed. Julie was fantastic...but shouldn't need that level of help to get into a flat!

Very poor arrangements re accessing the flat. Bombarding with emails ...wrong codes then right codes. Poor description of how to get in, Booking was for 3 adults but only 2 large towels. It would have been helpful if there's been a bit of local information - restaurants, shops, map....

very spacious & comfortably furnished, we felt at home right away. Hosts were very communicative and provided easy to understand instructions for getting into the property. Met the sweetest black and white cat in the parking lot and HIGHLY enjoyed the snuggles.

amenities (toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar) would have been appreciated. A list of local food/entertainment recommendations would be nice.

it was everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and the housekeeping staff (Julie in particular) were beyond outstanding. Her service alone would make us book again.
