The Beverly

The apartment was very nice. It was well furnished, clean and comfortable.

I tried to contact staff with a question I had, left a voicemail and nobody returned my call.

Super nice, clean, simple rooms. Easy phone contact with manager.

Some cnfusion about check-in as code not received on foreign phone and personnel spoke zero English. But they helped phone the manager.

A one night stay booked. We were allocated a basement room. Tiny windows so very little natural light. It was also really hard work getting large cases up and down the stairs. The stairs were also really scruffy: worn carpet on them with huge holes. Not a great first impression. The room itself was clean but it smelled of damp and stale cigarette smoke. The walls were paper thin so we could hear the guests in the room above walking up and down, and those on either side of us. There is an on site laundry which was a surprise and a bonus. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped. The chap in the office helped us get checked in as no email was received for the self check in process. Finally , although rooms had a keypad to enter/exit there was no code for the door to access the basement area from outside . This was a little disconcerting as anyone could wander in. We wouldn’t return.

Great experience! Nice location and nice host. Contactless check-in and check-out. Host responses quickly. The bed is comfortable.

Wielkość apartamentu: sypialnia, kuchnia, duże szafy, miejsce parkingowe, bliskość sklepów. Beverly jest blisko Salem, którego jednak nie polecam, gdyż jest skomercjalizowany i nie czuć w bim ducha tragedii sprzed ponad 300 lat.

System dostania się do pokoju. Przed wejściem trzeba dostać kod do drzwi, a żeby go dostać trzeba korzystając z jakiejś aplikacji w internecie podawać swoje dane i dane karty kredytowej mimo, że płatność zostają wcześniej zrealizowana. Bez dostępu do internetu i swojej karty kredytowej nie wejdziesz do pokoju !!!! Nigdy nie spotkałem się z taką komplikacją !!! To było bardzo frustrujące i stresujące. Rezerwacja była przez booking.com, który gwarantuje wiarygodność gościa, który opłacił rezerwację w całości.
