The rooms were filthy, as though it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The sheets were dirty and dusty. The breakfast was served 30 minutes late and they served spoilt food. The staff didn’t even bother apologising for their mistakes . Also throughout the night , there’s constant noice pollution.

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Wanted bicycles to ride on the beach but didn’t find any in working condition. Breakfast was ok but coffee & tea were not hot, both at breakfast and when we ordered room service. Bathrooms had lingering smell from drainage.

We loved staying at the coconut alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. Most of all Mr. Saravanan who created bespoke dishes flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunches and desserts. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and in close proximity to the beach. The rooftop also has great views of the sea. We would very highly recommend this to all the travelers who are looking for a peaceful convenient getaway from city life.

Fully recommended For total relaxation,with no much expectations of sightseeing in town and no leisure activities at the resort. Excellent staff, excellent chef in the restaurant, well maintained rooms. Very close to the beach.

Car parking is an issue,maybe can consider at their other resort, Bungalow on the Beach

Proximity to beach and tourist spots, quietness.

Room requires a small cupboard or shelf. Too many switches at different places. Switches should be closer to bed. A fan can be placed in the sitting area so that guests can bevfree from mosquito menace
