Nothing much

No car park (at Rs 8000 for a day for 1 room, this is shocking). Car had to be parked on the street. This fact was hidden in the booking portal. Room was dingy and had doors and windows which were full of dust and dirt. No TV.

Heritage restore. Staff were polite and attentive. They accommodated all our requests provided that we travelled with a 20 months kid. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous even though they had limited options.

Friendly Breakfast staff, good food.

It's wet, soaking wet, walls are sweating, sheets smell damp, room smells damp, a nightmare if your prone to allergies or lung infections. Definitely not worth the premium price being paid for this. I spoke to the management about getting good dehumidifiers fitted. No parking, roads are dirty and flowing with ankle deep water from clogged drains, u have to wade through this to reach ur vehicle.
