There was no breakfast on the package. I liked the ease of access to the apartment and facilities that made my stay much better, and Oh! the view from my balcony was excellent.

Keys collection was a challenge, the initial code I was given for the box was incorrect.

Convenient & spacious

The shower leaked water in the bathroom

the facility was a walking distance from the mall which was good.

we were smelling smoke coming out the lift during the entire stay. A second thicker blanket would have been great.

I liked almost everything about the apartment, it's close to the shopping mall and is accessible.

The room I was in had water on the floor in the bathroom, I'm not sure whether there is a leak or it was because of the rain.

Agnes received us with a great smile and Trish found my tablet and charger which I forgot and contacted soonest in the morning after we left. Please note I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you very much for the friendliness and honesty....it is extremely hard to find nowadays. Keep it up....I will definitely recommend Knightsbridge 108 to friends, colleagues and family We had a really good stay.... Kind regards, Alastair Saulse

Location

Checking in - impossible to reach the company. In a residential building. No one there when you arrive. Waited for an hour, no answer on telephone, emails or booking.com. Ended up having to book alternate accommodation and received no refund. Appalling service, save your time and book elsewhere
