Location

Booking in was a nightmare. Waited about one hour. No one to direct you were to go. No one answering phone. No soap in bottles when got there. Tv not working. Could not see number on flat.

THE DSTV NEVER WORKED AND I FEEL THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MUST HAVE BEEN CHECKED BEFORE WE MOVED IN AND FOR THE WHOLE WEEK DID WE TRY TO SORT IT OUT ...NEVER SORTED OUT WHICH I FEEL WAS NOT SUCH A BIG ISSUE TO SORT OUT - WE GOT REFUND IN THE END - THANK YOU
