Un lugar maravilloso, en medio de la naturaleza, las villas estan impecables, decoradas con muy buen gusto y con finos acabados.

Excelente lugar para desconectar, atención al detalle y staff muy amable y siempre a disposición. Cenote maravilloso y restaurante con una gastronomía exquisita.

Me fue excelente, Sin duda puedo decir que es lo mejor Hotel de Mérida , La atención del personal es exageradamente amable, todo está bien !!

Amazing all round. Stunning design. Extremely comfortable with very attentive staff. Private Cenote swim was magical. Delicious food. Perfect place for complete relaxation, plus conveniently located to Chechén Itzá.

Wonderful large Vila, beautifully designed, everything considered. Brilliant quality - comfortable beds. Great plunge pool and spacious bathroom with jacuzzi. Early morning access to the Cenote was a real bonus. Quick transfer to the Chichen itza. Food at the restaurant was generally delicious. The staff make you feel special and really look after you, they want you to have a brilliant trip. They helped us to organise tours to the Chichen Itza and Izamal.

The main pool was very dirty with lots of leaves from the surrounding trees. However we did see maintenance teams cutting back the trees, so looks like they are proactively working on the issue. We lost electricity at one point, as there are issues with electricity supply in the area. Whilst this is outside of their control, the back up generator connected to our villa wasn’t working either. No electricity also means that you don’t get water - can’t use the bathroom - wash hands etc.
