The modern Villa and the attention to detail with the staff, as well as the cenote, private swim, zip lining tour, restaurant and food was stellar, communications, top-notch, and the pool and drinks Plus, it was in close proximity to the pyramid to tour, and they arranged the private tour for me and my group

Our four-day stay at Oriundo has left an indelible mark on our travel experiences, earning the title of the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying at, and believe us, we are seasoned travelers. From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby to our departure, every aspect of our stay was marked by unparalleled excellence. The culinary journey at the hotel's restaurant was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Breakfasts were a highlight, with the Croque Monsieur stealing the show. For dinner, we were enchanted by the pumpkin cream soup as a starter, and the cowboy steak was a revelation - a simple but culinary masterpiece that left us yearning for more. The room wasa haven for any couple seeking a romantic escape. Spacious, meticulously decorated with style and attention to detail, the rooms evoke a sense of intimacy and luxury. The jacuzzi and terrace add an extra layer of charm, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and intimate moments. The staff at Oriundo are the epitome of hospitality. Proactively helpful, professional, and always wearing a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. A special mention goes to the unique experience of having exclusive access to the cenote before opening hours – a rare treat that allowed us to fully appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the hotel. The inclusion of the zip line in our stay was a pleasant surprise and added an exhilarating dimension to our experience. Soaring through the air amidst the beautiful trees provided a breathtaking view of the overstory, making it a truly memorable adventure. With only seven villas only during our stay, it offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. The limited number of guests ensures a tranquil and serene environment, allowing us to fully enjoy the exexpansive pool area surrounded by trees. Spending hours in the pool became a therapeutic escape, and the seclusion added to the overall sense of peace.

I highly recommend it if you just want to chill, disconnect or for a romantic get away.

one of the most amazing hotel rooms we have ever stayed in with outdoor and indoor tub, lush gardens, huge terrace. every attention to detail in design was amazing. service is extraordinary, team contacts you via whatsapp for all your needs. you have access to one of the nicest cenotes in the area. great location if you want to also visit Chichen Itza. it was around 30 min drive from the hotel.

Staying at the Oriundo was like staying in paradise. The villas are beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierges—Willy and Leidy, were always available and quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and the housekeeping team Fani and Cinthia took excellent care of us and our space. The massages were great, and we loved having bikes that we could use on the property. Highly recommend!

Stunning villas in beautiful nature. A wonderful pool area, bikes free to use outside the rooms, and great service. Breakfast is served on a marvelous patio in a lush park, and there's the additional attraction of a nearby cenote to visit and swim in. Delightful!

Just beware; the price does not include taxes. You will be charged an extra 20% on top of the Booking price on arrival. My partner had some stomach problems after eating a sausage for breakfast, so the end of the experience wasn't entirely pleasant.

the service was amazing! great staff and also the villa was beautiful, very nice and clean. Also the lunch at the Cenote was great and the pool looked great! you could notice the hotel had just opened because not all the facilities were open yet like a restaurant for breakfast.

the sound of the trees and leaves falling on the roof of the bathroom kept us up all night.
