I would recommend this place for someone looking for a basic place to sleep in with all amenities but nothing fancy to it.However, for the price you get all the basic things you would need.The hotel is convenient for someone looking to explore the area.The staff were very helpful during our stay- easy check inn.

Washroom poor drainage.

Väldigt lyhörd omgivning dörrar smällde igen flera gånger om dagen, sopor/skräp utanför balkong. Städning va ok i rummen, cigarett rökta rum samt varken toa eller dusch fungerade som det skulle, personalen va överlag väldigt trevliga, poolen va ok, men medlet i bassängen gjorde att man fick utslag samt dotter skar sig två gånger då kakel i poolen va trasigt.

Sraff were very nice.

The hotel seemed great from the outlook but poorly managed.The bathroom drainage kept blocking.The AC was preset at high temperatures,it really did not make sense to have it in the room.The staff looked demotivated and mostly interns who always gave wrong information.My advice to the lady owner,please step down and allow trained personel to manage your facility,she is doing a poor job at it!

Never book this hotel on Booking.com!! . Called the property the previous day just to check whether the booking is alright and they were saying that they can not find the booking on their system. By that time I have already received the confirmation email though. Many hours later they called me back and informed the booking is alright. Upon arrival they gave us an invoice with a higher price and had to explain it's not the price we got on booking. Com but the guy at the reception was keep denying. We had to wait about 45 minutes even though it was around 4.30pm cause the reception was so slow. Finally they kept calling the reservation officer or someone and then they corrected the rate saying it was an error. No apologies were made. Then we were escorted to a unit which was not meeting the standards. We booked a two bedroom villa with AC and the photos online were so promising but that real one was completely opposite. It was three bedroom unit with no AC and showers were not working. A hell lot of maintenance and housekeeping are required there. Our husbands had to go down again to the reception and request to change rooms. That reception needs some professional receptionists and a better reservation officer who knows how to feed the bookings to the system.

When I was posted here for the #UGKenyaCoastTourism2023, in my mind I was wondering how it could with my expectations high however I found it as an amazing place to be and the receptionists are on point, ready to handle your needs. Despite the warm weather, they have truly delivered the best to make sure my stay was great. I am grateful and looking forward to returning back soon. Diani Palm Resort, my newfound love in Kwale County. Asante sana
