Pas d'eau chaude 2 jours sur 7. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. la kitchenette n'est pas très pratique. cafetière à l'ancienne avec des filtres papier et café moulu à acheter.

Customer Service with the exception of the one young man who actually helped us. My reservations were canceled by the host's team even with contact via text and no answered calls after six were available for emergent situations. I was very much disappointed in how this was handled. My flight was canceled 3x with Delta, being said I tried contacting the host/hotel NO ANSWER or Response from anyone until the next day after check in around 11:15 am in which i received no phone call personally but a text telling me my reservation was canceled and I was 10 mins away?? Only thing that saved me was Booking.com's confirmation, from which the front desk personel was able to see, once he contacted his Admin it was a 50/50 chance of me keeping this reservation for my 19 yr old child and I. This was very frustrating after having been delayed 3x, sleeping on an airport floor for hours, my body was in a bit of stress I was very tired, to only deal with more troubles... Location of Hotel is good.

We had no Hot water the first two days, it was a problem with the whole building. Requested a cancellation with booking at 8 in the morning, the hotel refused without charging us because they wanted a chance to fix it. Which they did but it took the whole day. Bathroom had a window right across from the shower that had no covering, could see into the Hotel window across the street. Mold was all over the showers.

Check-in somente virtual. A atendente não consegue fazer no local. Pede para mandar um e-mail ou watts para alguém te mandar o quarto e a senha para abrir a porta. Ficamos 90 minutos esperando na recepção até conseguir o número do quarto. Vi outras pessoas passarem por isso também, fora a dificuldade no idioma, pois só conseguem se comunicar em inglês

The accommodation is in a good location

The windows couldn’t open and they were very dirty, the room was very dark, nothing compared to the pictures. AC super loud Bathroom was dirty

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal. Todos son muy atentos y amables, especialmente Mónica, quien nos recomendó una excursión inolvidable a Los Cayos. La ubicación es excelente para quienes visitan Miami Beach y, además, está muy bien comunicada con el centro.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que la habitación estaba llena de hormigas en el baño y la cocina, así que cualquier comida que dejábamos era atacada en cuestión de minutos. Espero que puedan solucionar el problema.
