Location

The check in process. Did not have code and lady at desk had to phone to get manager to come from other property- she should have known how to check in, otherwise why be behind the desk

Lo mejor la ubicación. Camas cómodas.

Lo peor fue el proceso de self check-in. Le dieron a otra familia la misma habitación que a nosotros y nos aparecieron en la puerta reclamándola. No había nadie en recepción ni forma de contactar con el staff. Solo te dan un número de teléfono al que llamar, pero si vienes de Europa probablemente no tengas línea telefónica, solo datos móviles. Estuvimos esperando como una hora para conseguir gestionar el problema.

"Great locations! But needs some love. Staff weren’t friendly at all compared to other hotels we have stayed at."

The location was amazing! Close to everything and you don’t need a car when you stay here.

No facilities at all ie No pool, ice machine, restaurant gym etc. if you want just a room then this is the place for you. Needs a good clean and new beds! It’s like sleeping in a room in a house. You can hear everything!
