We had a fabulous suite, we were well looked after by lovely hosts and the breakfasts were fantastic.

Salvatore and Manuela were excellent hosts. The breakfast offered was varied to suit every palate. Palazzo Frangipane has been beautifully restored and was kept impeccably clean and tidy.

If you are looking for accomodation around Salve and appreciate style, comfort and fabulous food then you really must stay here! You won’t be disappointed. It’s absolutely beautiful, the owners Salvatore and Manuela are the perfect hosts, helpful, informative and entertaining! They are clearly very passionate about their business. The breakfast here has to be the best we’ve had anywhere, beautiful fresh ingredients, lots of variety and Salvatore keen to cook any type of eggs you want. His omelettes were amazing, perfectly cooked and interesting fillings. Palazzo Frangipane really is a hidden gem, from the street you’d have no idea what lays behind the wooden door. It opens to reveal a perfect oasis of calm and style. So many tiny details cleverly put together, from the dining furniture, tastefully decorated bedrooms, to the pretty gardens and pool area. We were staying in the upstairs terrace room which has a wonderful view over neighbouring rooftops and to the sea. The sun is on the terrace all afternoon and has comfortable seating allowing peaceful privacy, and a spectacular sunset. In summary, you must stay here! We will definitely be coming back and will arrange our next Puglia visit to include Salve again. Thank you both so much, we had a fabulous time!

Wonderful stay! The hosts are so welcoming they really make you feel part of their home. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped and there is a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was the best of our stay so much choice including fresh scrambled eggs and all laid out so nicely with inside and outside seating options. The pool is a treat after a long hot day, would love to come back!

A little heaven on earth. The tenants are just amazing people. They provided us with lots of sightseeing and food places tips and information : away from the crowds. They shared with us their love for their culture through their food and their palazzo. The breakfast was the best I ever had. (And I have had many in my career travelling globally). Only local products and all hand made by a great chef in his beautiful kitchen. The whole palazzo is a peaceful retreat nested in a perfectly renovated palazzo with great taste in design and decoration. It smells great everywhere. Whether it is in the tropical garden or in the rooms, the tenants will go beyond every little details to make this place "stupenda". The surrounding beaches are bathed by crystal clear and soft water. You won't find anything better in Puglia.

Both Manu and Salva made us feel home away from home. The palazzo is an oasis in the middle of a small village. The owners took care of every detail (from organic amenities in-room, glassware and chinaware, ceramics, lighting, unforgettable breakfasts by Salva behind the ovens, seamless service by Manuela caring about you at all times... ) Don’t miss a relaxing time in the pool while enjoying the sunset. We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Frangipane. Manuela and Salvatore were so welcoming and friendly. Every morning we were served an amazing breakfast. Chef Salvatore prepares the best omelette 😊 everything in the palazzo is beautifully arranged and makes you feel at home.

A great stay at this amazing oasis like B'n'B retreat. The pool area was so relaxing and the breakfast was incredible.
