micampus Avenida del Puerto - Residencia de Estudiantes

The location was great. Get a bike and have easy access to beach and sites. Many food and shopping choices.

- Studio was comfy, everything a person needs for study/work stay - Large bathroom, shower was very good - Fridge, microwave, basic utensils- possible to do some basic cooking (more details below) - Comfy bed and a comfy pillow, slept like a baby - appreciate the black out window blinds - Good air conditioning - Amazing LOCATION - good area, relatively close to all places of interest, lots of shops and bars/restaurants. Supermarket literally next door - Walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes (15 mins), easy to get to the beach or city centre by bus (bus stop at the same street), city centre 30 mins walking, metro station 10 mins walking = perfect for travelers without a car or any means of transport. I recommend renting the Valencini bicycle - very cheap and convenient way of travelling in Valencia (bicycle station very near to the accommodation in all directions) - Shared laundry service, very convenient, good price and easy to use

- There was an unpleasant smell dominating the lobby and the shared areas on the ground floor and the study (possibly problems with sewage) - I did therefore stay in my room for work. The smell was only at the ground level, I did not observe it where the rooms were. - The utensils in the kitchenette are very basic - the knife looked like something for small children :D, I had to buy a knife, a chopping board, and a caffetera , as there were no utensils for making a coffee, no kettle either. Just an idea, maybe it would be worth to upgrade just a little the kitchenette for mayor live-in experience for shorter stays - the rest was perfect :)
