AUI loved the location right next to a good cafe open early too late, and right near a supermarket and fresh grocer
I liked everything

DEDEIt's a place for students to stay long-term. It has good facilities for that (common areas, gym). Everything you need for a longer stay, like kitchen, laundry room, a desk etc.
Some very basic things would have been great: Dish soap and a sponge or salt. Cheap things that you'd need to get anyway. Then again, no big deal to get them in the supermarket next door :)

It could get somewhat noisy
DESince I was traveling alone and working during my stay in Valencia, micampus was much better than a hotel. Having a kitchen, a good workspace and shared facilities such as laundry came in handy for saving time and keeping costs down.
The building is brand new, so there were still some kinks to work out. The water was shut off two or three times for a few hours, but it was always announced in advance.
