RS Boutique Suites - City Centre

Bedrooms carpets are very dirty. One washroom doesn’t have towel holder and other one has broken (loose screw) towel Holder. Under dining table found broken floor and Balcony floors’ wood are so dirty and broken. Just need owner attention. What shown in pictures is not like that.

Did not receive what I paid for. Unacceptable service. Suite was not prepared for arriving guests.

It was a beautiful cozy space with nice view and amenities

I loved the room that was given, the view was beautiful, everything was nice and liked that there was a washer and dryer, it was perfectly cozy. I would come back here again on my next trip out there.

Property was great, however the property managers need to reinforce the bed and fix the chair in the bedroom. Also the sink in the bathroom needs to be cleared. And it need to be better cleaned as it was barely clean when we arrived. The location is great, but more time and effort needs to be spent in the Unit! I would not stay in this unit again, but I would stay in the building/area again though.
