The beds and pillows were very good. The beach access (400m) was really a pool, but a very nice and large pool with towels and cabanas.

One tea bag only for two people Swimming pool in building closed and they didn’t mention it at booking or check in Staff didn’t really seem to care, especially compared to other places we stayed in PH

We loved Belmont’s Spa. We had the traditional Filipino couple’s massage and it was amazing!!! We had a quiet, dark, and comfortable room for sleeping. It wasn’t big but it was suitable for a few days. The Staff are so helpful and attentive at the dining room’s breakfast buffet. Despite the construction around we found the area pretty nice, safe, peaceful for walking in the evenings. Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips and Street Burger are just outside the Hotel.

None really. Very minor things and they were addressed immediately and gracefully.

Lack of amenities.. hotel pool only 3-4 FT.. u have to walk 5-7 mins to fo to Mactan newtowm Beach for bigger pool and beach rocky not clean
