Good value for money especially for families and big groups Location was excellent; everything was within walking distance: restaurants, Catholic Church, beach. Staff was accommodating, courteous and exemplified Filipino hospitality

Lobby is too small that it easily becomes overcrowded during peak season. If you have guests visiting, there’s nowhere to bring them, except your room. The rest room in the lobby is not maintained well. The faucets are leaky and loose. People coming from the pool area would leave wet tracks in the elevator. That’s an accident hazard. Air condition system in the hallway does not work well. It is always hot outside in the hallway.

Gym was good and our 2nd room good and staff were all excellent

We were given a small room on third floor same floor as the gym. We arrived tired and loud music across the whole third floor. The room was small and also the room smelt damp. I complained and we received a better room which was satisfactory. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t in use for first 3 days and the lifts were out of action a large part of the holiday so always big waiting times

Завтрак неплохой. Пляж очень хороший, но на него не пройти даже с кофе в стакане, которое купил по пути.

В номере нет НИ ОДНОГО ШКАФА. Вещи всегда в чемодане, при этом номер очень небольшой.

Goed gelegen dicht bij de luchthaven en bij Hiltonpier waar we daags nadien de boot moesten nemen. Relatief rustig en op wandelafstand van het strand om een frisse neus te halen. Het ontbijt voldeed.

Het liftsysyteem laat niet toe dat ge groepsleden op een andere verdieping bezoekt zonder eerst langs de receptie te gaan.

Nice and clean hotel with close by beach. The location is great in a new part of the city. Many restaurants, atm, exchange are close.

Waiting time at the reception is terrible, we were waiting at the line to check in for 45 minutes. Rooms don’t have windows and in the hallway is a wierd smell. At the breakfast you have very few options from the intercontinental breakfast. At the beach you don’t have many sunbeds so it works who comes first.

Proche de l’aéroport, hôtel tout confort, restaurants à proximité. Gentillesse de toute l’équipe, nous avons pu décaler notre heure de départ sans problème.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel und haben dort Silvester verbracht. Am Abend gab es einen sehr gutes Dinner und morgens einen sehr gutes Frühstück.

Für das Frühstück gab es eine riesen Schlange und man musste eine Nummer ziehen und warten, bis man das Restaurant betreten durfte.
