From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The villa itself is beatifully maintained, with elegant decor, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities.

I had a disappointing experience during check-out. I was asked to pay 250k IDR because a white towel was stained (due to menstruation). I responded politely, saying I was happy to cover the cost of cleaning it. However, they quoted an unreasonably high price, claiming their laundry service was very expensive. I explained that I had done laundry the day before and paid only 35k IDR… at a laundry service they themselves had recommended to me!! I ended up wasting 45 minutes on this absurd back and forth. The place itself is nice, despite the unpleasant smell — but after this experience, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

I didn't actually stay in the property because the rooms had large mould patched and a bad mould odour so I could not stay here for my own health reasons.

Went to check in, was showed the room which had large mould patched and a bad mould odour. Was shown a different room but the same issue, large mould patched and a bad mould odour. Could not stay in the room. I asked staff for a refund, they agreed. When it cam to processing the refund, they didn't take any action, I got followup from booking com but the property did not communicate and did not process the refund. rooms were not clean as advertised and refund not forthcoming as promised
