"I really enjoyed my stay in Kasmaran and in Bali in General. they have a great cutlrure there."

Beautiful, clean room, nice staff and very friendly and always there to help or recommend things. Whenever I asked for a service like towel and bed sheet changes or laundry services the staff was very responsive and nice. They even bought local fruits for everybody and left them in the lobby. I loved the Dragon fruits and Snake fruits. Thank you Kasmaran.

A guest from Russia. She was not clean and left her stuff in the common area after cooking and left. Staff had to clean after her. She was very arrogant.

The staff were really friendly special mention to Aditya for his great local knowledge and welcoming manner. Often anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Most comfortable bed I've had since being in Bali

Friendly and attentionate staff, incredible location, clean and modern amenities and more made my stay at Kasmaran one of the biggest highlights of my unforgettable trip in Bali.It is close to everything like the beach, restaurants etc yet in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. I am definately coming back !

"Good value with some issues"

I liked that they cleaned the room every day, the soft bed, and the nice soft linen.

No view, construction all around, and inappropriate behavior of staff member who asked me to be his girlfriend, which made me feel unsafe as he was constantly around.
